Use the following choice to define the Search Mode you wish to work with.

Tap on Search Mode check box to select one.
Bulk Mode allows you to identify pick lists and pick lists lines using high-level search criteria.
Detail Mode allows you to identify pick list lines by scanning the existing barcodes.
Blank is assigned as default.
Default can be changed in the global properties on user/app level.
Click NEXT button to continue.
Click MENU button to get back to the main menu.
Use Detail search to quickly identify Pick List Lines by scanning the barcodes of the products allocated to the released deliveries.
Additional data used for picking, like quantity or catch weight will be remembered and auto-parsed inside the Report screens.
That function is a part of Search Mode screen.
If propDeliveryType is set to SHIPMENT, a user needs to select a shipment. If only one delivery is connected to the shipment, user is automatically taken to Search Balance ID screen.

Tap on Delivery Number in the list to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Picking List. Report so that only deliveries and their picking lists released for picking are shown.
Delivery, Order Number, Consignee's ID and Consignee's Name are used and can be filtered through.
Click CHANGE WAREHOUSE to select another warehouse.
Choose the Warehouse by selecting one from the drop-down menu.
List comes from MMS005 Warehouse. Open.
Click BACK to get back to Search Delivery screen without any change.
Click NEXT to get back to Search Delivery screen with a confirmed warehouse change.
Click CHANGE PICK LOCATION to select another pick location.
Check Select Pick Location for details.
Click BACK to get back to Search Mode screen.
Click NEXT to get to Select Pick Location or Search Balance ID screen (if location is already assigned).

Locations
Tap on Location in the list to select one.
List comes from MMS010 Stock Location. Open.
Only approved locations (status = 2) are shown.
Location IDs and Location Names are used and can be filtered through.
Blank is assigned as default.
Default can be changed in the global properties on user/app level.
By assigning the location, user defines the picking location where the to-be-picked products are located. That location will be used in allocation process.
Click BACK to get back to Search Delivery screen without any change.
Click NEXT to get to Search Balance ID screen with a confirmed pick location change or Search Delivery screen if the function was triggered by CHANGE PICK LOCATION.
Scanned/Added Balance IDs to the list not only indicate the pick lists lines but are also preliminarly hard-allocate them. Thus, a user might skip/automate all the later Reporting steps.
You may see all scanned values to be populated inside Select Pick List Line and Report Quantity / Catch Weight / Lot Number / Container screens.

Scan the Multi-Data field to retrive the correct picking list line
The input field is equipped with embedded translation engine which retrives multiple values used in the later reporting process.
Refer to Managing Multiple Data Capture section to understand and configure capturing of the barcoded data.
When the scanned record refers to more than one hit, the Searched List screen pops up. Tap one record to add it to the list. Example below depicts a situation where a container number 312345610511086925 has been identified in the scanned string. YRA0101 has been chosen as Pick Location in the first place, one pick list line of that delivery is soft-allocated and one has the mentioned container hard-allocated. Thus the Searched List pops up where the correct pick list line has to be chosen.
Click CHANGE DELIVERY to add/change Delivery Number.
It gets You back to Search Delivery screen.
Click BACK to get back to Search Delivery screen.
Click NEXT to get to Select Pick List Line screen.
Use Bulk mode to retrive the pick lists and pick lists lines using high-level search criteria. None of the editable input fields are mandatory. It's yet adviseable to use them to narrow down the search result.
That function is a part of Search Mode screen.

List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only orders of the deliveries released for picking are shown.
Abbreviations in parentheses indicate the order types.
Lines' quantity indicates the number of released pick list lines per Order Number.
Order Numbers and Order Categories can be filtered through.
Tap on Zone drop-down menu to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only pick lists released against the chosen stock zones are shown.
Lines' quantity indicates the number of released pick list lines per Stock Zone.
Stock Zone IDs can be filtered through.
Tap on Route drop-down menu to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only pick lists assigned to selected routes are shown.
Lines' quantity indicates the number of released pick list lines per Route.
Route IDs and Route Names can be filtered through.
Tap on Customer drop-down menu to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only pick lists assigned to selected customers (consignees) are shown.
Lines' quantity indicates the number of released pick list lines per Customer.
Customer IDs and Customer Names can be filtered through.
Click BACK to get back to Search Mode screen.
Click NEXT to get to Select Pick List or directly Select Pick List Line screen.
propAutoPickList global parameter controls if Select Pick List screen is by-passed.
Yellow shadow of the row (in grid) or left frame (tile) indicates the pick list has been partly reported (moved or issued).

Select one or many pick lists to fetch the pick list lines.
If multiple pick lists are selected, all pick list lines belonging to those pick lists will be shown.
if there's only one pick list line assigned to a pick list, user will be directly taken to Report Quantity / Catch Weight / Lot Number / Container screens.
If the Shipment filter has been used in Search Pick Lists screen and all pick lists are selected, DRS100MI API is used to retrive the pick list lines.
Click BACK to get back to Search Pick Lists screen.
Click NEXT to proceed to Select Pick List Line screen.
If multiple pick list lines are selected, each pick list line will be shown separately in the Reports screen, followed by the remaining ones until all of them are reported.
A Pick List Line is soft-allocated that has no value in Location column and alternatively Lot Number and/or Catch Weight and/or Container columns.
A Pick List Line with partly hard-allocated quantity indicates that only part of the required quantity has been scanned (applicable only via Detail Search).

When the scanned record refers to an unique record, the Report Quantity / Catch Weight / Lot Number / Container screen pops up with all identified data. When more than one hit is identified, only identified records remain in the list. Tap on one or more record(s) to proceed with in the reporting step. Example below shows a moment where just a lot number 20230621001 has been identified in the scanned string. Since the lot number is shared by 4 Balance IDs, the list is narrowed down to those 4 records.
Click BACK to get back to Search Pick Lists screen or Search Balance ID screen (If Detail Search has been used).
Click NEXT to proceed to Report Quantity / Catch Weight / Lot Number screens.
The choice of Report Quantity / Catch Weight / Lot Number / Container user step variant is done automatically, based on the M3 item characterstics.

Type in/scan the numeric Catch Weight value.
Select Unit of Measure from the drop-down menu.
The unit of measure comes from MMS001 Item. Open is assigned as default.
Alternative units of measure comes from MMS015 Item. Connect Alternative U/M.
Type in/scan the numeric Quantity value.
If typed-in quantity exceeds the order's remaining quantity, the application brings a warning message.
Click LIST to browse available Balance IDs.
Tap to select Balance ID that should be allocated to the pick list line.
List is filtered by location. If there's no location given, all available and approved Balance IDs with allocatable quantities are displayed.
More than one Balance ID can be chosen.
Selected Balance ID(s) display the confirmed quantity (and alternatively Catch Weight) after / sign. This occurs when:
The Pick List Line has been hard-allocated.
The Pick List Line has been searched via Detail Mode.
A user has selected Balance ID(s) and confirmed quantities by pressing NEXT.
Scan the mutli-data barcode inside the Search Balance ID field to auto-select a Balance ID.
Refer to Managing Multiple Data Capture section to understand and configure capturing of the barcoded data.
If no match is found, the application brings a warning message.
Click CHANGE LOCATION to change the existing pick location.
Tap on a location to be selected.
Quantity under location ID indicates the allocatbale amount.
Click NEXT to assign the selected location.
Click BACK to get back to Edit screen without any changes being saved.
Click EDIT to edit quantitive data of selected Balance ID(s).
Add new Quantity and/or Catch Weight inside yellow columns
Click BACK to get back to Report screen without any changes being saved
Click NEXT to get back to Report screen with applied selections.
Click BACK to get back to Report screen without any changes being saved

Click CALCULATOR to trigger calculator function.
Scan value into Add field to capture multi-data barcode.
Multi-Data value will be added instantly.
TOTAL record summarizes all the quantitative data.
If location is empty, the add/search will be done against all available and allocatable Balance IDs. If the same Balance ID exists in more than one location, Select Balance ID screen will pop-up where user has to choose one.

Pack Pisk List Line screen is activated only when a delivery, to which the allocated line belongs, has activated advanced processing of packing in M3. Additionally, a propEnablePacking must be set to TRUE or 1.

If no record(s) is/are changed and NEXT is pressed, all the content of the grid will be packaged into one package.
Tap on (a) record(s) from Packages grid to add the selected Balance ID(s) into a package.
Packages in the grid come from MWS423 Delivery. Connect Packages.
If an existing package has been selected, there's no need to fill in Package Type nor Package Number.
Tap on Package Type drop-down menu to select one.
The package types come from MMS050 Packaging. Open

If no value is inserted and no existing package(s) is selected, M3 logic will be used for a package number.

If you have an activated propConfirmYoN property, you might preview the formed Pick List Lines in the Confirm user step that will be used for pick reporting.

Click SAVE to run a selected transaction.
The application comes back with approve message that the pick list line has been picked (and optionally packed).
If there are more lines to report, You are redirected to the Select Pick List Line screen to continue reporting the remaining quantity of the reported line and/or new lines. Otherwise, you are directed to the Main Menu.
If Printing function for packages has been activated, You are redirected to the Report Printing screen.
