Create MRB

General

This user workflow allows the user to create multiple Material Review Board (MRB) cases against a shop order operation using simple guided user steps. This is a major part of shop floor Quality Assurance process.

This particular workflow allows the user to create/view MRB cases related to non-conformances of Shop Order Work In Progress (WIP).

This user workflow is available within the Shop Order Operations portlet and also available to be executed from the web and mobile clients.

Functionality

Prerequisite

A shop order operation that is in Started or Parked status must exist.

Create MRB case

• User is able to enter a Case ID (System generated if not a user value is entered) and a Description (Edit already suggested description).

• User is able to enter a Non-Conformance Code from the list of values.

• Enter relevant notes regarding the MRB header optionally.

• Finally edit the Quantity of the part sent to the MRB for this case (MRB Quantity = Available Quantity is proposed by default).

View MRB case

• User is able to Select one of the existing MRB case from list of values.

• User is able to view the important attributes of the report using View Report option.
