# Pick Delivery ## Overview

### Features * Search for Pick List(s). * Browse after Delivery Numbers, Order Numbers and assigned Reference Order Category or Consignee. * Select Pick List(s). * Filter on Pick List's details. * Select Pick List Line. * Filter on Pick List Line's details. * Report Pick List Line. * Report From Location. * Report Lot Number. * Report Container or Inhouse Package. * Report Quantity and Catch Weight, if applicable. * Browse after available Balance Id(s) (applicable for soft-allocated lines). * Report To Location. * Browse after Locations. ## User Steps ### Search Pick List {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to fetch existing Picking List(s). {% endhint %}

* Click **EXIT** to get back to the main menu. * Click **LIST** to get to [**List - Select Delivery**](#list-select-delivery) User Step. * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Select Pick List**](#select-pick-list) User Step. #### List - Select Delivery {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to browse after Delivery Numbers released for picking. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * N/A **INPUT DATA** * Delivery(ies) \* * Delivery Number * Order Number (Reference Order Category) * Consignee Id (Consignee Name) **FUNCTIONALITY** * Click **BACK** to get back to [**Search Pick List**](#search-pick-list) User Step. * Tap on **Delivery(ies) \*** List Selection Input to select a delivery number. * Use Search Bar to filter the list, using delivery number, order number or consignee. * Tapping acts as **NEXT** and continues to [**Select Pick List**](#select-pick-list) User Step.

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * N/A **INPUT DATA** * Pick List(s) \* * Delivery Number / Suffix * Departure Date * Order Number (Reference Order Category) * Consignee Id * Remaining Lines to Pick\ \ \* indicates an input field is mandatory **FUNCTIONALITY** * Click **BACK** to get back to [**Search Pick List**](#search-pick-list) User Step. * Tap on **Pick List(s) \*** List Multi-Selection Input to select (a) pick list(s) to pick. * Yellow dot indicates a pick list has been partly picked. * Use Search Bar to browse and filter the list with pick list's details * Tapping acts as **NEXT** and continues to [**Select Pick List Line**](#select-pick-list-line) User Step.

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * Selected Pick List Line * Delivery Number / Pick List Suffix * Item Number * Location * Lot Number (if applicable) * Container or Package Number (if applicable) * Remaining / Allocated Quantity (Order Unit of Measure) **INPUT DATA** * Quantity \* * Catch Weight \* (if applicable)\ \ \* indicates an input field is mandatory **FUNCTIONALITY** * Type in/scan a quantity value inside the **Quantity \*** Numeric Input. * Allocated Quantity is defaulted when hard-allocated line is picked. * Allocatable Quantity of the selected Balance Id is defaulted when [**List - Select Balance Id**](#list-select-balance-id) User Step has been used. * Type in/scan a catch weight value inside the **Catch Weight \*** Numeric Input. * Allocated Catch Weight is defaulted when hard-allocated line is picked. * Catch Weight of the selected Balance Id is defaulted when [**List - Select Balance Id**](#list-select-balance-id) User Step has been used.

* Click **BACK** to get back to applicable User Step. * [**Report Container**](#report-container) User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG > 0 and < 7). * [**Report Package**](#report-package) User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG = 7 ). * [**Report Lot**](#report-lot) User Step is applicable for lot-handled items (MMINDI > 0). * [**Report From Location**](#report-from-location) User Step is applicable for all items which are soft-allocated. * [**Select Pick List Line**](#select-pick-list-line) User Step is applicable for all items which are hard-allocated. * Click **LIST** to get to [**List - Select Balance Id**](#list-select-balance-id) User Step. * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Report To Location**](#report-to-location) User Step. #### List - Select Balance Id {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to select a Balance Id from a list of allocatable inventory. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * Selected Pick List Line * Delivery Number / Pick List Suffix * Item Number * Location (if provided) * Lot Number (if provided and applicable) * Container or Package Number (if provided and applicable) * Remaining / Allocated Quantity (Order Unit of Measure) **INPUT DATA** * Balance Id(s) * Location * Lot Number (if applicable) * Container or Package Number (if applicable) * Allocatable Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure) **FUNCTIONALITY** * Click **BACK** to get back to User Step that triggered the list. * Tap on **Balance Id(s)** List Selection Input to select a Balance Id. * Use Search Bar to filter the list, using Balance Id's details. * Tapping acts as **NEXT** and continues to [**Report Quantity**](#report-quantity) User Step.

### Report To Location {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to report a destination location. {% endhint %}

* Click **BACK** to get back to [**Report Quantity**](#report-quantity) User Step. * Click **LIST** to get to [**List - Select To Location**](#list-select-to-location) User Step. * Click **PICK** to run the transaction. * Pick List line will get allocated (in case of soft-allocated line) and reported as moved to the docking location (STAT=60). * You will be brought back to updated [**Select Pick List Line**](#select-pick-list-line) User Step with previously applied filter. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to [**Search Pick List**](#search-pick-list) User Step.

#### List - Select To Location {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to browse after existing locations. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * Selected Pick List Line * Delivery Number / Pick List Suffix * Item Number * Location * Lot Number (if applicable) * Container or Package Number (if applicable) * Selected Quantity (Order Unit of Measure) * Selected Catch Weight (Catch Weight Unit of Measure) **INPUT DATA** * Location(s) \* * Location * Location Name\ \ \* indicates an input field is mandatory **FUNCTIONALITY** * Click **BACK** to get back to [**Report To Location**](#report-to-location) User Step. * Tap on **Location(s) \*** List Selection Input to select a location a pick list line will be moved to. * Use Search Bar to filter the list using location id or name. * Tapping acts as **PICK** and runs the transaction. * Pick List line will get allocated (in case of soft-allocated line) and reported as moved to the docking location (STAT=60). * You will be brought back to updated [**Select Pick List Line**](#select-pick-list-line) User Step with previously applied filter. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to [**Search Pick List**](#search-pick-list) User Step.
