• Search for Deliveries.

  • Filter on From and To Departure Dates, Order Category, Consignee, Order and/or Delivery.

• Select Delivery.

  • Filter on delivery's details.

• Report Delivery.

  • View connected delivery lines.

User Steps

Search Deliveries

Use the following User Step to fetch existing Deliveries.

INFO/HEADER DATA

• N/A

INPUT DATA

• Delivery * * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

• Type in/scan a delivery number inside Delivery * Text Input.

Typing in delivery number.

• Click EXIT to get back to the main menu.

• Click FILTER to get to Filter Deliveries User Step.

• Click NEXT to get to Select Pick List User Step.

Filter Deliveries

Use the following User Step to filter on existing Deliveries.

• N/A

INPUT DATA

• From Departure Date

• To Departure Date

• Order Category

• Consignee

• Order

• Delivery

  * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

• All Input Fields are dependent on each other, from top to bottom.

• Tap on From Departure Date Date Input to set a from departure date range.

• Tap on To Departure Date Date Input to set a to departure date range.

• Tap on Order Category List Selection Input to select a reference order category.

• Tap on Consignee List Selection Input to select a consignee.

• Click BACK to get back to Search Deliveries User Step.

• Click NEXT to get to Select Delivery User Step.

Select Delivery

Use the following User Step to select a delivery to release for picking.

• Delivery(ies) *

  • Delivery Number

  • Departure Date

  • Order Number (Order Category)

  • Consignee Id * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

• Click BACK to get back to Search Deliveries User Step.

• Tap on Delivery(ies) * List Selection Input to select a delivery to release for picking.

  • Use Search Bar to browse and filter the list with delivery's details

  • Tapping acts as NEXT and continues to Report Delivery User Step.

Report Delivery

Use the following User Step to release delivery for picking.

INFO/HEADER DATA

• Selected Delivery

  • Delivery Number

  • Departure Date

  • Order Number (Order Category)

  • Consignee Id

INPUT DATA

• N/A

FUNCTIONALITY

• Click BACK to get back to Select Delivery User Step.

• Click VIEW to get to View Delivery Lines User Step.

• Click RELEASE to run a transaction.

  • Delivery will be released for picking (PGRS = 50 and RLTD = 1).

  • You will be brought back to updated Select Delivery User Step with previously applied filter. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to Search Deliveries User Step.

Use the following User Step to view delivery lines connected to selected delivery.

  • Delivery Number

  • Departure Date

  • Consignee Id

• Delivery Line(s)

  • Order Number / Order Line

  • Item Number

  • Transaction Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure)
