As a Field Technician I can perform the following on the selected Work Task:
Create, delete, update, and change the status of Purchase Requisitions
Register arrivals of Purchase Orders
View Work Assignment Journal
Add Measurements and show the history as a graph via Pinned Info
Create, delete, update, and receive Returns (material)
Update General Information for the connected Serial or Functional Object
Update Closure Information and create/e-mail Debrief Report as a PDF file
Contact a user and ask for Remote Assistance via Help Lightning App
The complete overview of the flow:
Use the Inbox to choose which Work Task to work on.
In the Inbox it is possible to sort and show the tasks by Date, Favorites or Priority.
