Issue Material

General

This workflow allows the user to issue material to the Operation automatically. It is not mandatory to reserve the material before issuing.

The workflow is executed from the Issue Material button within the Materials Sub Tab within the Shop Order Operations Portlet. This user flow is also available to be executed from the web and mobile clients.

Functionality

Issue Material

• Select a Shop Order Operation within the Shop Order Operations Portlet.

• Press the Issue Material button and start the user flow.

Parent Quantity

• To perform a partial issue, enter the quantity of the parent part the user wants to manufacture and the component material needed to manufacture the specified quantity issued. Leave the field blank in order to issue the full remaining quantity.

Issue All Reserved Material

• Select this check box to issue all material already reserved for the shop order.

• Selected by Default.

Also Issue Non-Reserved Material

• Select this check box to issue non-reserved material in addition to reserved material.

• Unselected by Default.

Issue Non-Operation Material

• Select this check box to issue materials that are not connected to any operation.

• Selected by Default.

Issue Operation Material

• Select this check box to issue materials that are connected to operations.

• Selected by Default.
