Pack into Handling Unit on Shipment
Overview
This flow can be used to allocate reserved stock to shipment handling units.

The complete overview of the flow:
Steps
Enter Shipment ID
Shipment ID is mandatory and should
Belong to the user default site
Be in Preliminary state
Have at least one Handling Unit Connected to the Shipment
Have at least one connected shipment line where the “Picked vs Packed Qty” > 0 and the difference between (Assigned Qty – Reserved Shipment Qty) > 0.
Click on the List button to see a list of Shipment ID’s that satisfy the above conditions
Enter Part No
Part No is mandatory and validated against the shipment lines connected to the Shipment ID entered in the previous step
Part No should have been connected to a shipment line where the
“Picked vs Packed Qty” > 0
Assigned Qty – Reserved Shipment Qty > 0
Click on the List button to see a list of Part No’s that satisfy the above condition
Enter Order No
Order No is required and validated against the shipment lines connected to the selected Shipment ID and Part No entered in previous steps
Click on the List button to see a list of Order No’s which that the above condition
Enter Release No
Click on the List button to see a list of Release No’s that satisfy the above condition
Enter Qty
Qty to Attach is required and should not exceed the Available Qty
This step won’t be visible if the part is a serial part. Qty to Attach will be set to 1 in that case.
Enter Shipment Handling Unit ID
Shipment Handling Unit ID is required and validated against the handling units connected to the Shipment ID selected in the first step
Click on the List button to see a list of Handling Unit ID’s connected to the selected Shipment ID
Click on the Save button to complete the process
