Manual Issue Material

This workflow allows the user to issue material for a shop order material line.

Manual Issue Material Workflow

General

The workflow is executed from the Manual Issue button within the Materials Tab within the Shop Floor Reporting portal.

This Workflow cannot be executed with the mobile client. For this functionality, please refer to the Manual Issue SO Part within the Warehouse Management applications.

Functionality

Select Configuration Id

If configuration Id is required the user will be presented with this option.

Select Handling Unit Id

If there are multiple Handling Units the user will be presented with this option.

Select Serial No

If a serial number is required the user will be presented with this option.

Select Location

If multiple locations are available for stock the user will be presented with this option.

Select Engineering Change Level

If multiple EngChg Levels are available the user will be presented with this option.

Select Waiv Dev Rej No

If multiple Waiv Dev Rej Nos are available the user will be presented with this option.

Select Activity Seq

If a project activity is required the user will be presented with this option.

Select Expiration Date

If an expiration date is required the user will be presented with this option.

Select Condition Code

If multiple condition codes are available the user will be presented with this option.

Enter Issue Quantity

The user will be able to enter the quantity to issue while information is being displayed about the inventory part. Normal IFS validations are checked when issuing parts. By default, the required quantity is entered.
