# Pool Tasks (Inbox)

## Overview

**Pool Task** is an Inbox showing *Tasks* that are not Assigned where the status of the Work Task is in Prepared. Work Tasks will only show up where the authenticated Person exists as a Maintenance Employee for that Company.

## Inbox

The **Pool Task** Inbox shows *Tasks* *that are not Assigned* and how many of these are available via a counter.

In the Inbox, it is possible to sort and show the tasks by:

* Date
* Favorites
* Priority

You can assign a Pool Task to yourself, after this, it will appear in the Inbox *My Tasks*.

* Demand
* Enter ***Start Date\****
* Enter ***Start Time\****
* Enter ***End Date\****
* Enter ***End Time\****

Press \[***Assign To Me***] to assign the selected Pool Task to myself.

Press \[*Menu*] to go back.
