The Human Resource Management (HRM) app package offers a suite of tools designed to streamline and simplify HR processes. Each application is integrated with the IFS ERP system for real-time data synchronization, improved transparency, and automated communication.

* **Entering Absence Requests**\
  Enables employees to submit absence requests by selecting absence types, specifying dates, adding optional comments and out-of-office contacts, and viewing current and past requests.
* **Managing Absence Requests**\
  Allows managers to filter, review, approve, or reject absence requests with full visibility into each employee’s request history and future plans.
