Control Plan Analysis Workflow

General

This workflow allows users can create, update, and cancel shop order control plan analysis. The workflow is designed to dynamically guide the user through the control plan data points, saving their results at each step.

This user workflow is available within the Control Plan tab within Portal and is also available to be executed from the web and mobile clients.

Functionality

Automatically Create or Select Open Analysis

The Workflow will detect if any analyses are already created and give the user an option to continue the analysis, cancel the analysis, or create a new analysis. If multiple analyses are found, the user is presented with a list of available options.

Cancel Individual Data Points

When cycling through the data points, the user is always given the option to cancel the data point. The user must select a cancel reason.

Cancel Analysis

The user is given the ability to cancel an analysis at the start of the workflow when selecting an open analysis.

Enter Results (Variables, Attributes, Categorical)

When cycling through the data points, the user is dynamically presented with a user step specific to the data point type.

Attach Media Items

If a media item is required then the user is presented with a user step where they can upload multiple images.

Review and Edit Results

Upon completion of all data points, the user is presented with a review screen where the user can select individual data points and edit the results. This is only available until the analysis line is confirmed.

Complete Data Points and Confirm Results

When the user selects complete results, the user is presented with the option to confirm the analysis.
