Manual Issue Work Order

Overview

This flow (app) is used to manually issue materials against material lines in a Work Order.

Steps

Enter Work Order No

• Work Order No is required and validated against the connected material requisitions

• The connected material requisition should be in State:

  • ’Released'

  • 'Partially Delivered'

  • 'Reserved'

• Connected material requisition lines should have Part Site set to the user’s default site and there should still be quantity left to issue. (Qty Required – Qty Issued > 0)

• Click on the List button to see a list of work orders that satisfy the above conditions

Pin Step:

Display the user default Site ID and its description.

Flow Connect	Flow Classic

Enter Maint. Material Order No

• Maint. Material Order No is required and should be connected to the Work Order No entered in the previous step

• Click on the List button to see a list of material orders that belongs to the selected Work Order No

	Flow Classic

Enter Part No

• Part No is required and validated against Work Order No-Material Order No combination entered in the previous steps

• Click on the List button to see a list of parts for the selected Work Order No - Material Order No combination

Flow Connect	Flow Classic

Based on the selected Part user might be prompted with additional user steps to filter out Inventory Part In Stock records until a unique stock record is selected. For more info about these additional steps please refer Inventory Part In Stock Selection.

Enter Qty

• Qty To Issue is required and cannot be greater than the Max Qty To Issue

• Click on the Save button to complete the process

Pin Step:

Display information about the selected “Inventory Part In Stock” record.

Summary

Only shown if the selected part is a serial part since the Qty To Issue will always be 1.

• Click on the Save button to complete the process

Choose Action

• Upon successful completion of issuing a material requisition line, you can choose to continue with one of these options:

  • Issue More - Issue more qty for same material requisition and part

  • Issue Another Part - Continue with the same material requisition but a different part

  • Issue Another MR- Issue a different material requisition

• Click on Menu to exit the flow
