User Steps

Search Return Lines

Use the following User Step to fetch pending put-away tasks.

FUNCTIONALITY

• Tap to select a date inside the From Date Date Input.

• Tap to select a date inside the To Date Date Input.

• Type in/scan an item number inside the Item Text Input.

• Type in/scan a receiving number inside the Putaway Text Input.

• Click EXIT to get back to the main menu.

• Click FILTER to get to Filter Return Lines User Step.

• Click NEXT to get to Select Return Line User Step.

Filter Return Lines

Use the following User Step to aggregate and filter customer return lines based on multiple criteria.

FUNCTIONALITY

• Use Customer and/or Item List Selection Inputs to filter the customer return lines.

  • Each dropdown is dependent on the previous one in a hierarchical manner. For instance, once a customer is selected, only the items sent back by that customer will be shown.

Select Return Line

Use the following User Step to select a customer return line to receive.

  • Lot Number (if applicable)

  • Container Number (if applicable)

FUNCTIONALITY

• Tap on a return line to select one.

  • Use Search Bar to filter the list.

  • Yellow dot/marking indicates the line has been partly received.

  • Tapping acts as NEXT button.

• Click NEXT to get to next applicable User Step:

  • Report Lot User Step is applicable for lot-handled items (MMINDI > 0).

  • Report Container User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG > 0 and < 7).

  • Report Package User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG = 7 ).

  • Report Quantity User Step is applicable for all items.

Report Lot

Use the following User Step to report lot number.

• Click BACK to get back to Select Return Line User Step.

  • Report Container User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG > 0 and < 7).

  • Report Package User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG = 7 ).

  • Report Quantity User Step is applicable for all items.

Report Container

Use the following User Step to report container number.

• Selected Return Line

  • Receiving Number / Receiving Line

  • Order Number / Line (if exists)

  • Item Number

  • Lot Number (if applicable)

  • Container Number (if exists)

  • Advised / Remaining Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure)

INPUT DATA

• Container * * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

• Type in/scan a container number value inside the Container * Text Input.

  • If container number comes in the order line, it will be deafulted but can be changed into a new one.

• Click BACK to get back to Select Return Line User Step.

• Click NEXT to get to Report Quantity User Step.

Report Package

Use the following User Step to report package number.

  • Receiving Number / Receiving Line

  • Order Number / Line (if exists)

  • Item Number

  • Lot Number (if applicable)

  • Package Number (if exists)

  • Advised / Remaining Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure)

• Package * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

• Tap to select a packaging value from Packaging * Menu Selection Input.

  • If package number comes in the order line (as container number), it will be deafulted but can be changed into a new one.

• Type in/scan a package number value inside the Package Text Input.

  • If package number comes in the line (as container number), it will be deafulted but can be changed into a new one.

  • If left empty, package number will be assigned automatically using the system-driven sequence number.

• Click BACK to get back to Select Return Line User Step.

• Click NEXT to get to Report Quantity User Step.

Report Quantity

Use the following User Step to report quantitative data.

• Selected Return Line

  • Receiving Number / Receiving Line

  • Order Number / Line (if exists)

  • Item Number

  • Lot Number (if applicable)

  • Container or Package Number (if applicable)

  • Advised / Remaining Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure)

• Quantity * * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

• Type in/scan the numeric quantity value inside the Quantity * Numeric Input.

• Type in/scan the numeric catch weight value inside the Catch Weight * Numeric Input.

• Click BACK to get back to previous applicable User Step.

  • Report Container User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG > 0 and < 7).

  • Report Package User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG = 7).

  • Report Lot User Step is applicable for lot-handled items (MMINDI > 0).

  • Select Return Line User Step is applicable for all items (MMINDI > 0).

• Click NEXT to get to Report To Location User Step.

Report To Location

Use the following User Step to report a put-away location.

  • Container or Package Number (if applicable)

• Type in/scan a location value inside the Location * Text Input.

Typing in a location.

• Click BACK to get back to Report Quantity User Step.

• Click LIST to get to Select To Location User Step.

• Click RECEIVE to run the transaction.

  • You will be brought back to updated Select Return Line User Step with previously applied filters. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to Search Return Lines User Step.

  • Tapping acts as RECEIVE button.

• Click RECEIVE to run the transaction.

  • You will be brought back to updated Select Return Line User Step with previously applied filters. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to Search Return Lines User Step.
