Upload Document

General

This is a workflow that allows the flow user to upload a document or media file to a shop order operation. It is possible to attach multiple documents, media files, or both to a given operation.

This user workflow is available within the Shop Order Operations portlet and is also available to be executed from the web and mobile clients. The user can capture images from a camera of a mobile device or a webcam and attach them to the operation instantly.

Functionality

Upload Document

• Select an Operation and perform Upload Document.

• Attach single or many Documents / Media files inside a single user flow and save.

• Exit the user flow once all attachments are done successfully.
