Download Document

General

This workflow allows the user to download Documents or Media files attached to an operation.

This user workflow is available within the Document sub tab under Shop Order Operations portlet and is also available to be executed from the web and mobile clients.

Functionality

Download Document

• Select a single Document or Media File record attached to a Shop Order Operation.

• Click the Download button and open the user flow.

• Click on the document or image where the system will download the file to the device.
