My Time Report

This flow can be used to do the time reporting for the employee her/himself.
Time reporting can be:
Project Activity
Work Task
Absence
In addition, it is possible to clock in to an activity or work task and at the end of the work simply clock out. The system will automatically calculate the hours spent on the task using this function.
The complete overview of the flow:
The main screen of the My Time Report app. This user step shows the current date, the logged-in user, the total reported and remaining hours of the current date of the user, and if there is an open clock-in time reporting, then a warning message.
From the sub-tasks user can report:
Project Activity
Work Task
Absence
To change the current date click on 'Change Date'
Users can see this screen when there is at least one reported project transaction of the employee on the account day.
The Total Reported, and Remaining time are shown (in unit 'hour') on the account day for the employee.
The drop-down list contains the reported transaction records from IFS.
To edit any of the records, select it and click Next
To report a new project activity time reporting record, select the 'Create New...' option and click Next
If an existing transaction record was selected, this screen will be shown. This screen contains the base information about the selected day, the project activity of the transaction, total reported, and remaining hours of the current day, the employee, clock in and out times.
In addition, these fields are editable:

Internal Comments
Invoice Comments
If the 'Create New...' option was selected on the first screen, the user can select a Project.
The user's current project is selected by default
After the Project selection, on this screen users can create new time registration.
For this:
Select a project activity, and report code from the list
Provide the time in hours or click 'Clock In'
Type in internal or invoice comments (optional)
Then click 'Save'.
In the case of the 'Clock In' option, the app will create a transaction record with 0.01 hours reported.
Users cannot start a new clock in session while there is an ongoing clock in.
Users can see this screen when there is at least one reported work task transaction of the employee on the account day.
