Features

  • Search for Operations.

    • Filter on Work Center, Product and/or Order.

  • Select Operation.

    • Filter on Operation's details.

  • Report Operation.

    • Report Setup Time.

    • Report Run Time.

    • Report Quantity.

      • Browse after reject reasons.

User Steps

Search Operations

Use the following User Step to fetch operations to be reported.

INFO/HEADER DATA

  • N/A

INPUT DATA

  • Order * * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Type in/scan an order number inside the Order * Text Input.

  • Click EXIT to get back to the main menu.

  • Click FILTER to get to Filter Operations User Step.

  • Click NEXT to get to Select Operation User Step.

Filter Operations

Use the following User Step to filter on operations to be reported.

  • N/A

INPUT DATA

  • Work Center

  • Product

  • Order * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

  • All Input Fields are dependent on each other, from top to bottom.

  • Tap on Work Center List Selection Input to select a work center.

  • Tap on Product List Selection Input to select a product number.

  • Tap on Order List Selection Input to select an order number.

Select Operation

Use the following User Step to select an operation to report.

INFO/HEADER DATA

  • N/A

INPUT DATA

  • Operation(s) *

    • Order Number / Operation Number

    • Work Center

    • Product Number

    • Operation / Remaining Setup Time (Time)

    • Operation / Remaining Run Time (Time)

    • Order / Remaining Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure) * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Click BACK to get back to Search Operations User Step.

  • Tap on Operation(s) * List Selection Input to select an operation to report.

    • Yellow dot indicates an operation has been partly reported.

    • Use Search Bar to browse and filter the list with Operation's details

    • Tapping acts as NEXT and gets to Report Setup Time User Step.

Report Setup Time

Use the following User Step to report a setup time of the selected operation.

INFO/HEADER DATA

  • Selected Operation

    • Order Number / Operation Number

    • Work Center

    • Product Number

    • Operation / Remaining Setup Time (Time)

    • Operation / Remaining Run Time (Time)

    • Order / Remaining Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure)

INPUT DATA

  • Labor Setup Time

  • Machine Setup Time * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Type in/scan a time value inside the Labor Setup Time Numeric Input.

  • Type in/scan a time value inside the Machine Setup Time Numeric Input.

Report Run Time

Use the following User Step to report a run time of the selected operation..

INFO/HEADER DATA

  • Selected Operation

    • Order Number / Operation Number

    • Work Center

    • Product Number

    • Selected Setup Time (Time) (if used)

    • Operation / Remaining Run Time (Time)

    • Order / Remaining Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure)

INPUT DATA

  • Labor Run Time

  • Machine Run Time * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Type in/scan a time value inside the Labor Setup Time Numeric Input.

  • Type in/scan a time value inside the Machine Setup Time Numeric Input.

Report Quantity

Use the following User Step to report quantitive data of a selected operation.

INFO/HEADER DATA

  • Selected Operation

    • Order Number / Operation Number

    • Work Center

    • Product Number

    • Selected Setup Time (Time) (if used)

    • Selected Run Time (Time) (if used)

    • Order / Remaining Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure)

INPUT DATA

  • Reason

  • Scrap Quantity

  • Manufactured Quantity * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Tap on Reason List Selection Input to select a rejection reason.

    • When Scrap Quantity is in use, selecting a reason code is mandatory.

Browsing through available reason codes.
Filtering on available reason codes.
  • Type in/scan a quantity value inside the Scrap Quantity Numeric Input.

  • Type in/scan a quantity value inside the Manufacturing Quantity Numeric Input.

Typing in scrap quantity.
Typing in manufactured quantity.
  • Click BACK to get back to Report Run Time User Step.

  • Click REPORT to run the transaction.

    • Operation will be reported (WHHS = 70 or 90).

    • You will be brought back to updated Select Operation User Step with previously applied filter. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to Search Operations User Step.
