Features

• Search for Pick Lists.

  • Filter on From and To Departure Dates, Order Category, Consignee, Order and/or Delivery.

• Select Pick List.

  • Filter on pick list's details.

• Report Pick List.

  • View connected pick list lines.

User Steps

Search Pick Lists

Use the following User Step to fetch existing Pick Lists.

INFO/HEADER DATA

• N/A

INPUT DATA

• Delivery * * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

• Type in/scan a delivery number inside Delivery * Text Input.

Typing in delivery number.

• Click EXIT to get back to the main menu.

• Click FILTER to get to Filter Pick Lists User Step.

• Click NEXT to get to Select Pick List User Step.

Filter Pick Lists

Use the following User Step to filter on existing Pick Lists.

• N/A

• From Departure Date

• To Departure Date

• Order Category

• Consignee

• Order

• Delivery

  * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

• All Input Fields are dependent on each other, from top to bottom.

• Tap on From Departure Date Date Input to set a from departure date range.

• Tap on To Departure Date Date Input to set a to departure date range.

• Tap on Consignee List Selection Input to select a consignee.

• Click BACK to get back to Search Pick Lists User Step.

• Click NEXT to get to Select Pick List User Step.

Select Pick List

Use the following User Step to select a pick list to report.

• Pick List(s) *

  • Delivery Number / Pick List Suffix

  • Departure Date

  • Order Number (Order Category)

  • Consignee Id

  • Number of picked lines * indicates an input field is mandatory

FUNCTIONALITY

• Click BACK to get back to Search Pick Lists User Step.

• Tap on Pick List(s) * List Selection Input to select a pick list to issue.

  • Use Search Bar to browse and filter the list with pick list's details

  • Tapping acts as NEXT and continues to Report Pick List User Step.

Report Pick List

Use the following User Step to issue selected pick list.

INFO/HEADER DATA

• Selected Pick List

  • Delivery Number / Pick List Suffix

  • Departure Date

  • Order Number (Order Category)

  • Consignee Id

  • Number of picked lines

INPUT DATA

• N/A

FUNCTIONALITY

• Click BACK to get back to Select Pick List User Step.

• Click VIEW to get to View Pick List Lines User Step.

• Click ISSUE to run a transaction.

  • Pick List will be issued (PISS = 90)

  • You will be brought back to updated Select Pick List User Step with previously applied filter. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to Search Pick Lists User Step.

View Pick List Lines

Use the following User Step to view pick list lines connected to selected pick list.

INFO/HEADER DATA

• Selected Pick List

  • Delivery Number / Pick List Suffix

  • Departure Date

  • Order Number (Order Category)

  • Consignee Id

  • Number of picked lines

• Pick List Line(s)

  • Item Number

  • Location

  • Lot Number (if applicable)

  • Container (if applicable)

  • Transaction Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure)
