# Move Stock ## Overview

### Features * Search Balance Id(s). * Browse after Item Numbers to apply a filter before the search. * Move Balance Id. * Report existing or a new Container, if applicable. * Report existing or a new Packaging and Package Number, if applicable. * Report Quantity and Catch Weight, if applicable * Report To Location * Browse after Locations. ## User Steps ### Search Balance Id {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to fetch existing Balance Id(s). {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * N/A **INPUT DATA** * Location * Item Number * Lot Number * Container Number\ \ \* indicates an input field is mandatory **FUNCTIONALITY** * Type in/scan the location id value inside the **Location** Text Input. * Type in/scan the item number value inside the **Item** Text Input. * Type in/scan the lot number value inside the **Lot** Text Input. * Type in/scan the container number value inside the **Container** Text Input.

* Click **EXIT** to get back to the main menu. * Click **LIST** to get to [**List**](#list) User Step. * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Select Balance Id**](#select-balance-id) User Step. #### List {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to browse after existing items. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * N/A **INPUT DATA** * Balance Id(s) * Location * Item Number * Lot Number (if applicable) * Container Number (if applicable) * Status * On-hand Balance / Movable Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure) **FUNCTIONALITY** * Click **BACK** to get back to [**Search Balance Id**](#search-balance-id) User Step. * Tap on a Balance Id to move and get to next applicable User Step (acts as **NEXT**). * [**Report To Container**](#report-to-container) User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG > 0 and < 7) * **Report To Package** User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG = 7 ) * [**Report Quantity**](#report-quantity) User Step is applicable for all items. ### Report To Container {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to report existing or a new container number. {% endhint %}

* Click **BACK** to get back to [**Select Balance Id**](#select-balance-id) User Step. * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Report Quantity**](#report-quantity) User Step. ### Report To Package {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to report existing or a new package number. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * Selected Balance Id * Location * Item Number * Lot Number (if applicable) * Package Number * Status * On-hand Balance / Movable Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure) **INPUT DATA** * Packaging \* * Package\ \ \* indicates an input field is mandatory **FUNCTIONALITY** * Tap to select a packaging value from **Packagings \*** Menu Selection Input. * Type in/scan a package number value inside the **Package \*** Text Input. * When left empty, package number will be assigned automatically using the system-driven sequence number.

* Click **BACK** to get back to [**Select Balance Id**](#select-balance-id) User Step. * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Report Quantity**](#report-quantity) User Step. ### Report Quantity {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to report quantitative data. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * Selected Balance Id * Location * Item Number * Lot Number (if applicable) * Container or Package Number (if applicable) * Status * On-hand Balance / Movable Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure) **INPUT DATA** * Quantity \* * Catch Weight \* (if applicable)\ \ \* indicates an input field is mandatory **FUNCTIONALITY** * Type in/scan the numeric quantity value inside the **Quantity** Numeric Input. * If item is container-managed (MBCOMG > 0) and neither container nor package number has been changed, the movable quantity will be defaulted. * Type in/scan the numeric catch weight value inside the **Catch Weight** Numeric Input. * If item is container-managed (MBCOMG > 0) and neither container nor package number has been changed, the movable quantity as catch weight will be defaulted.

Assigning quantity and catch weight to be moved

* Click **BACK** to get back to previous applicable User Step. * [**Report Container**](#report-container) User Step is applicable for container-managed items (MBCOMG > 0 and < 7 ). * **Report Package** User Step is applicable for container-managed items (MBCOMG = 7) * [**Select Balance Id**](#select-balance-id) User Step is applicable for all items. * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Report To Location**](#report-to-location) User Step. ### Report To Location {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to report a destination location for a stock transaction. {% endhint %}

* Click **BACK** to get back to [**Report Quantity**](#report-quantity) User Step. * Click **LIST** to get to [**List**](#list-1) User Step. * Click **MOVE** to run the transaction. * You will be brought back to updated [**Select Balance Id**](#select-balance-id) User Step with previously applied filter. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to [**Search Balance Id**](#search-balance-id) User Step. #### List {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to browse after existing locations. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * Selected Balance Id * Order Number * Product Number * Lot Number (if applicable) * Container/Package Number (if applicable) * Attribute(s) (if applicable) * Selected Quantity (Order Unit of Measure) * Selected Catch Weight (Catch Weight Unit of Measure) (if applicable) **INPUT DATA** * Location(s) **FUNCTIONALITY** * Tap on a location to select one (acts as **MOVE**) and report the transaction. * You will be brought back to updated [**Select Balance Id**](#select-balance-id) User Step with previously applied filter. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to [**Search Balance Id**](#search-balance-id) User Step.
