# Attach Part to Handling Unit

## Overview

This flow (app) can be used to attach an inventory stock record to a handling unit.

## Steps

### Enter Handling Unit ID

* Handling Unit ID is mandatory, and it should belong to the user default site (Or the site should be empty)
* Handling Unit should not be connected to any shipment and the “In Transit” checkbox should not be checked in the Handling Unit
* Click on the **List** button to see a list of Handling Unit ID’s which satisfy the above conditions

### Enter Part No

* Part No is mandatory and validated against the inventory part in stock

**The “Inventory Part In Stock” record:**

* Should belong to the user default site
* Should not have been connected to any Handling Unit already (Handling Unit ID set to 0)
* Should have Qty Available > 0
* Should belong to an inventory location with location type other than “Arrival” or “Quality Assurance”
* Should have the same inventory location as Handling Unit if the Handling Unit has an inventory location specified
* Should not be frozen for counting

* If the selected Handling Unit in the first step has “Mix of Part Numbers Blocked” option enabled and if it already has parts connected to it, then the Part No in “Inventory Part In Stock” should equal to the part no already connected to handling unit
* If the selected Handling Unit in the first step has “Mix of Part Numbers Blocked” option enabled and if it already has parts connected to it, then the “Inventory Part In Stock” should have records with the same Part No as the Handling Unit
* If the selected Handling Unit in the first step has “Mix of Condition Code Blocked” option enabled and if it already has parts with Condition Codes connected to it, then the “Inventory Part In Stock” should have records with the same Part No and Condition Code
* Click on the **List** button to see a list of “Inventory Part In Stock” records that satisfy the above conditions grouped by Part No
