The Mobile Work Order is a suite of Apps that covers Work Tasks, Pool Tasks, New Work, Objects, PO Receipts and Arrival, Invoice, and Service Quotations, and is applicable for Enterprise Asset Management and Service Management solutions across Service-, Energy & Utilities- and Asset Intensive Industries along with companies carrying out internal maintenance work in large plants and facilities.
My Tasks is an Inbox showing my Assigned Tasks in progress and how many of these are available via a counter. The Inbox excludes the Work Tasks marked as “Exclude Flow MWO App” in the IEE client.
In the Inbox, it is possible to sort and show the tasks by Date, Favorites, and Priority.
My Tasks app has the following functions from one Main Menu:

The app also has Pinned Information for showing:

Pool Task is an Inbox showing Tasks that are not Assigned. The app is used to assign a Work Task to myself.
The Inbox also shows how many Pool Tasks that are unassigned via a counter.
In the Inbox, it is possible to sort and show the tasks by:
Date
Favorites
Priority
The New Work app is used to:
Report a problem
Request work that needs to be done
Create work that I will perform
Report work that I have done
The Objects app lets you search for Objects per selected Site.
You can view and update General Information for the selected Serial or Functional Object.
The Workflow also has Pinned Information for showing:
Work Tasks
Attachments
Active and Historical Work Orders
The PO Receipts app is used to register arrivals of Task Purchase Orders.
The Arrivals and Receipts are searchable and grouped by:
Pending Arrival
Receipts
Inspections
The Invoice app is used to generate Service Invoices.
The Inbox also shows how many Work Orders there are with Reported Tasks that can be invoiced via a counter.
It is also possible to send the Invoice as a PDF file via E-mail.
The Service Quotation app is used to create and view and change status on Service Quotations.
The Service Quotations are searchable and grouped by:
Accepted
New
Rejected
Released
Under Preparation
