# Count Handling Unit Per Count Report

## Overview

This flow(app) is used to update the count for a Handling Unit using a count report.

## Steps

### Enter Count Report

* Count Report No is required.
* Click on the **List** button to see a list of count reports.

### Enter Handling Unit&#x20;

* Handling Unit ID is required and should be included in the count report entered in the previous step.
* Click on the **List** button to see a list of handling units.

### Select Action

* Choose an action for handling unit count report and options are,
  * **Exists** - Confirm the on-hand quantity of all the stock records attached to the handling unit.
  * **Does not Exist** - Count stock records attached to the handling unit to zero.
  * **Count Sublevel** - Continue the count with the next handling unit in the structure.
  * **Count Part** - Continue the count at the part level allowing the user to update the individual Part count by executing the [Count Inventory Part Per Count Report](https://docs.novacura.com/marketplace-documentation/applications/explore-apps/ifs/warehouse-management/documentation/ifs-application-10/warehouse-handling/count-inventory-part-per-count-report) Workflow.

### Confirm for Count Exists/Does Not Exist

* This step is only visible when you select either **Exists** or **Does Not Exist** options in the previous step.
* Select **Yes** to confirm the count.
