As a Field Technician, I can perform the following on the selected Work Task:

  • Edit Task and General Information, Planning Information, Contact Information

  • Create, delete, update Person and Tool/Equipment Time

  • Create, delete, update Material Requisitions and Issue automatically or manually

  • Create, delete, update, and change the status of Task Steps

  • Create, delete, and change the status of Person or Tool/Equipment Assignments

  • Add Measurements and show the history as a graph via Pinned Info

  • Update General Information for the connected Serial or Functional Object

Use the Inbox to choose which Work Task to work on.

In the Inbox it is possible to sort and show the tasks by Date, Favorites or Priority.

  • Enter Merchant Name*

Scan Receipt, add Expense to Expense Sheet

  • Add File* - Take a picture or upload an existing file

  • Select Expense Code*

  • Enter Merchant Name*

The receipt image will be stored in IFS Media Library and connected to the expense line.

  • Enter Total Distance*

  • Enter Date*

  • Select Milage Reference*

  • Select Expense Code*

  • Reimbursable

Press [Save] to save the Expense.

Add transaction to Work Task

  • Select Transaction Type*

  • Enter Quantity*

  • Enter Cost*

  • Select Unit*

  • Select Transaction Date*

  • Enter Comment*

Edit Expense Line

  • Update and change applicable fields*

  • Reimbursable

Press [Save] to update the Expense.

Press [Delete] to delete the Expense line.

Press [Retake Picture] to replace the picture.

Press [Back] to go back.

Delete Manual Transaction on Work Task

Manual transactions cannot be edited, only deleted.

Press [Delete] to delete the transaction.
