As a Field Technician, I can perform the following on the selected Work Task:
Edit Task and General Information, Planning Information, Contact Information
Create, delete, update Person and Tool/Equipment Time
Create, delete, update Material Requisitions and Issue automatically or manually
Create, delete, update, and change the status of Task Steps
Create, delete, and change the status of Person or Tool/Equipment Assignments
Add Measurements and show the history as a graph via Pinned Info
Update General Information for the connected Serial or Functional Object
The complete overview of the flow:
Use the Inbox to choose which Work Task to work on.
In the Inbox it is possible to sort and show the tasks by Date, Favorites or Priority.
