# Process Put-away (2-step)

## Overview ### Features * Search Put-away Tasks. * Browse after Orders and/or Items. * Report Requisition Order. * Report existing or a new Container, if applicable. * Report existing or a new Packaging and Package Number, if applicable. * Report Quantity and Catch Weight, if applicable * Report To Location * Browse after Locations. ## User Steps ### Search Put-away Tasks {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to fetch pending put-away tasks. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * N/A **INPUT DATA** * Location * Item Number * Lot Number * Container * Putaway Number **FUNCTIONALITY** * Type in/scan a location inside the **Location** Text Input. * Type in/scan an item number inside the **Item** Text Input. * Type in/scan a lot number inside the **Lot** Text Input. * Type in/scan a container or package number inside the **Package** Text Input. * Type in/scan a put-away number inside the **Putaway** Text Input.

* Click **EXIT** to get back to the main menu. * Click **FILTER** to get to [**Filter Put-away Tasks**](#filter-put-away-tasks) User Step. * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Select Put-away Task**](#select-put-away-task) User Step. ### Filter Put-away Tasks {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to aggregate and filter pending put-away tasks on multiple criterias. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * N/A **INPUT DATA** * Location * Item * Lot * Container **FUNCTIONALITY** * Use **Location**, **Item**, **Lot** and/or **Item** List Selection Inputs to filter the pending put-away tasks. * Each dropdown is dependent on the previous one in a hierarchical manner. For instance, once a location is selected, only the items available at that location will be shown.

* Click **BACK** to get back to [**Search Order Lines**](#search-order-lines) User Step. * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Select Order Line**](#select-order-line) User Step. ### Select Put-away Task {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to select a put-away task to process. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * N/A **INPUT DATA** * Put-away Task(s) \* * Put-away Number * Order Number / Line (if applicable) (Reference Order Category) * Location * Item Number * Lot Number (if applicable) * Container Number (if applicable) * Transaction Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure) **FUNCTIONALITY** * Tap on a put-away number to select one. * Use Search Bar to filter the list. * Yellow dot/marking indicates the task has been partly processed. * Tapping acts as **NEXT** button.

* Click **BACK** to get back to [**Search Put-away Tasks**](#search-put-away-tasks) User Step. * Click **NEXT** to get to next applicable User Step: * [**Report Container**](#report-container) User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG > 0 and < 7). * [**Report Package**](#report-package) User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG = 7 ). * [**Report Quantity**](#report-quantity) User Step is applicable for all items. ### Report Container {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to report container number. {% endhint %}

* Click **BACK** to get back to [**Select Put-away Task**](#select-put-away-task) User Step. * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Report Quantity**](#report-quantity) User Step. ### Report Package {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to report package number. {% endhint %}

**INFO/HEADER DATA** * Selected Put-away Task * Put-away Number * Order Number / Line (if applicable) (Reference Order Category) * Location * Item Number * Lot Number (if applicable) * Package Number (if exists) * Transaction Quantity (Basic Unit of Measure) **INPUT DATA** * Packaging \* * Package\ \ \* indicates an input field is mandatory **FUNCTIONALITY** * Tap to select a packaging value from **Packaging \*** Menu Selection Input. * If package number comes in the order line (as container number), it will be deafulted but can be changed into a new one. * Type in/scan a package number value inside the **Package** Text Input. * If package number comes in the line (as container number), it will be deafulted but can be changed into a new one. * If left empty, package number will be assigned automatically using the system-driven sequence number.

* Click **BACK** to get back to previous applicable User Step. * [**Report Container**](#report-container) User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG > 0 and < 7). * [**Report Package**](#report-package) User Step is applicable for container-handled items (MBCOMG = 7). * [**Select Put-away Task**](#select-put-away-task) User Step is applicable for all items (MMINDI > 0). * Click **NEXT** to get to [**Report To Location**](#report-to-location) User Step. ### Report To Location {% hint style="info" %} Use the following User Step to report a put-away location. {% endhint %}

* Click **BACK** to get back to [**Report Quantity**](#report-quantity) User Step. * Click **LIST** to get to [**Select To Location**](#select-to-locationt) User Step. * Click **PUTAWAY** to run the transaction. * You will be brought back to updated [**Select Put-away Task**](#select-put-away-task) User Step with previously applied filter. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to [**Search Put-away Tasks**](#search-put-away-tasks) User Step.

* Click **BACK** to get back to [**Report To Location**](#report-to-location) User Step. * Click **PUTAWAY** to run the transaction. * You will be brought back to updated [**Select Put-away Task**](#select-put-away-task) User Step with previously applied filter. If the list is empty, You will be brought back to [**Search Put-away Tasks**](#search-put-away-tasks) User Step.
