Use Detail mode to quickly identify Pick List Lines by scanning the barcodes of the products allocated to the released deliveries.
Additional data used for picking, like quantity, will be remembered and auto-parsed inside the Report screens.

Tap on Delivery Number in the list to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Picking List. Report so that only deliveries and their picking lists released for picking and pending to be packed (with advanced packing method) are shown.
Delivery, Order Number, Consignee's ID and Consignee's Name are used and can be filtered through.
Click CHANGE WAREHOUSE to select another warehouse.
Choose the Warehouse by selecting one from the drop-down menu.
List comes from MMS005 Warehouse. Open.
Click CHANGE PICK LOCATION to select another pick location.

Tap on Location in the list to select one.
List comes from MMS010 Stock Location. Open.
Only approved locations (status = 2) are shown.
Location IDs and Location Names are used and can be filtered through.
Blank is assigned as default.
Default can be changed in the global properties on user/app level.
By assigning the location, user defines the picking location where the to-be-packaged products are located. That location will be used in packing process.
Click NEXT to get to Search Balance ID screen with a confirmed pick location change or Search Delivery screen if the function was triggered by CHANGE PICK LOCATION.

Scan the Multi-Data field to retrive the correct picking list line
The input field is equipped with embedded translation engine which retrives multiple values used in the later reporting process.
When the scanned record refers to more than one hit, the Searched List screen pops up. Tap one record to add it to the list. Example below depicts a situation where an item number NC-P-ALOT, which is lot-controlled, has been identified in the scanned string. The string, however, does not provide any information about the lot number. Thus, the Searched List pops up where the correct pick list line has to be chosen.
Click CHANGE DELIVERY to change Delivery Number.
Use Bulk mode to retrive the pick lists and pick lists lines using high-level search criteria. None of the editable input fields are mandatory. It's yet adviseable to use them to narrow down the search result.

List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only deliveries with packing processing being used are shown.
Lines' quantity indicates the number of pick list lines to be packed per Delivery.
Delivery Numbers can be filtered through.
Tap on Shipment drop-down menu to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only shipments, which at least one connected delivery uses packing processing, are shown.
Lines' quantity indicates the number of pick list lines to be packed per Shipment.
Shipment Numbers can be filtered through.
Tap on Order drop-down menu to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only orders, which at least one connected delivery uses packing processing, are shown.
Abbreviations in parentheses indicate the order types.
Lines' quantity indicates the number of pick list lines to be packed per Order Number.
Order Numbers and Order Categories can be filtered through.
Tap on Zone drop-down menu to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only stock zones, where at least one delivery uses packing processing, are shown.

Stock Zone IDs can be filtered through.
Tap on Route drop-down menu to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only routes connected to at least one delivery which uses packing processing are shown.
Lines' quantity indicates the number of pick list lines to be packed per Route.
Route IDs and Route Names can be filtered through.
Tap on Customer drop-down menu to select one.
List is seggregated based on MWS420 Pick List. Report so that only customers connected to at least one delivery which uses packing processing are shown.

Click CHANGE WAREHOUSE to select another warehouse.

Click on Auto Pack tickbox to pack entire picking list according to M3 pack configuration.
Click Package Print tickbox to trigger printing after the packing is done.
If clicked togehther with Auto Pack, user will be directed automatically to Report Printing screen, listing all created packages pending to be printed.
Select one or many pick lists.
If multiple pick lists are selected, all pick list lines (advanced packing method) or reporting screen (simple packing method) will be shown per delivery, one after eachother.
Click NEXT to proceed.
If multiple pick list lines are selected, all of them will be shown in the Pack Pick List Line screen.

Pack Delivery screen is triggered when a pick list is assigned to a delivery with a simple packing method. There, according to the standars, a number of packing types (sometimes understood as 'collis') are to be added to complete the process of packing.

The package types come from MMS050 Packaging. Open

Type in/scan the numeric Quantity value.
Click ADD PACKAGE TYPE to add the indicated package types' selection into a delivery and return to the screen of Pack Delivery.
That option allows you to add more than one package type per Delivery.
Click OVERVIEW to check the already added packages types.
Tap on a recod and use New Quantity field to define in a new quantity per package type.
Click NEXT to proceed to add the indicated package types' selection into a delivery and finalise the process.
Pack Pick List Line screen is triggered when a pick list is assigned to a delivery with an advanced packing method. There, according to the standars, each and every allocated pick list line has to be packed to complete the process.

You may adjust the quantity per pick list line so that it can be packaged in multiple number of packages.
You may select more than one pick list line so that they might be packaged together.
Tap on Package Type drop-down menu to select one.

The printers come from CRS290 Printer. Open.

Defaults can be changed in the global properties on user/app level.
Printer ID and Printer Name can be filtered through.
Type in/scan Number of Labels value.
Click PRINT to trigger the printing function.
allows you to identify pick lists and pick lists lines using high-level search criteria.
allows you to identify pick list lines by scanning the existing barcodes (as only advanced packing requires the line level packing, deliveries with manual simple packing method are skipped).
That function is a part of screen.
Click BACK to get back to screen without any change.
Click NEXT to get back to screen with a confirmed warehouse change.

When the scanned record refers to an unique record, the screen pops up with all identified data. When more than one hit is identified, only identified records remain in the list. Tap on one or more record(s) to proceed with in the packing step.
