The portal is a web application that runs in the browser. This means that when the end-user starts the application, it will initially load into the browser, which may take a moment. This will occur every time the portal is started in a new browser window.

The portal's language is determined by the browser's language settings. If the browser is set to English, Finnish, German, Norwegian, Polish, or Swedish, the portal will use that language. In all other cases, the default language is American English.
The locale is determined by the language. For English, the US locale is used.
It is possible to execute Applications in the portal, for example, via custom buttons. Applications are executed in the Portal App client, which is a version of the Connect Web client. As the App client is browser-based, it is also downloaded the first time it is run in a session.

Open the Flow Connect app on your device.
Click Sign in.
Depending on how your user is signed up click Continue with Microsoft or Continue with email. If using the latter, enter your email and password, then click Sign in with email.
Select the organization you wish to sign in to. Note that this step is only necessary if your user has access to more than one organization.
Select the environment you wish to sign in to. Note that this step is only necessary if your user has access to more than one environment.
As an end-user of the portal, you can view and interact with data according to how the designer has configured the pages and portlets. Your ability to manipulate data is determined by the designer's setup, including which features, tables, and actions are made available for your use within each portlet.
In the portal, additional authentication may be required when the page is being populated if the components used to populate the portlets are connected to connectors that require this type of authentication.
Under Profile, it is possible to perform various actions, such as clearing the cache on the current page, clearing the cache on all pages, starting display mode, and more.
Click on Profile.
Select Switch environment or Switch organization.
Click on Profile.
Select Sign out.
Select YES to sign out or NO if you want to continue being signed in.
