Add agent group

You create, edit and delete agent groups in the Hub

Add agent group.

  1. Select Admin then Agents in Hub menu.

  2. Select Add Agent Group.

  3. Enter the name.

  4. Optionally enter a description.

Edit agent group

  1. Hover over the agent group card and the context menu will appear, select Edit.

  2. You can now change name and description.

  3. Select Save.

Delete agent group

  1. Hover over the agent group card and the context menu will appear, select Delete.

  2. Confirm and the agent group will be deleted.

Deleting an agent group can not be undone.
