# Stock Internal Order (RO)
An overview of an application used for creating Requisition Orders.
## Overview
### Features
* Search and select Requisition order.
* Create new Requisition order head.
* Create Requisition order lines.
* View existing and new Requisition order lines.
* REPL - Replenishment move orders can also be run in this app.
## User Steps
### Search Order Number

Use the following User Step to fetch existing Orders or Create a new one.

* Click **EXIT** to get back to the main menu.
* Click **NEXT** to get to:
* Create Order Head If no Order number was found.
* Create Order Line if a Order number was found.
**INFO/HEADER DATA**
* N/A
**INPUT DATA**
* Order Number\*\

\* indicates an input field is mandatory.
**FUNCTIONALITY**
* Type in/scan the Order number inside the **Order No** NUMERIC Input.
* If left empty a new Order Head will be created.
### Create Order Head

Use the following User Step to Create a new order head.

* Click **NEXT** to get to Create Order Line.

* From Warehouse\*
* Remark\

**FUNCTIONALITY**
* Pick a Order type for the Order head from the list. RO and REPL is available.
* Pick a From warehouse for the Order head from the list.
* Pick a unique Remark with max 30 characters.
### Create Order Line

Use the following User Step to Create a new order Line.

* Click **BACK** to get to Search Order Number.
* Click **Select Balance ID** to select balance ID**.**
* Click **NEXT** to get to Select To Location.

* Order Number
* Warehouse
* To warehouse
**INPUT DATA**
* Location
* Item Number
* Lot Number
* Container
\* indicates an input field is mandatory
**FUNCTIONALITY**
* GS1 scanning available to scan and auto fill the field.
* Type in/scan the Location inside the **Location** TEXT Input.
* Type in/scan the Item inside the **Item Number** TEXT Input.
* Type in/scan the Lot Number inside the **Lot Number** TEXT Input.
* Type in/scan the Container inside the **Container** TEXT Input.
### Select BalanceID

Use the following User Step to filter BalanceId(s).

* Click **BACK** to get to Create Order Line.
* Click **NEXT** to get to Select To Location.

* Pick a balance Id to add to the Order Line.
### Select To Location

Use the following User Step to Add Qty and select to Location.

* Click **BACK** to get to Create Order Line.
* Click **NEXT** to get to Order Overview.

* Selected Balance Id:
* Item number
* Item name
* Location
* Lot number
* Allocatable Qty - Available to use

* Quantity\*
* To Location\*\

**FUNCTIONALITY**
* Type in/scan the Quantity inside the **Quantity** TEXT Input.
* Type in/scan the To Location inside the **To** **Location** TEXT Input.
* When you entered the next screen a Item is added to the New Order Line field.
### Order Overview

Use the following User Step to Overview, Add line or create final order.

* Click **EXIT** to get to Create Order Line.
* Click **ADD Line** to get to Create Order Line.
* Click **SAVE** to Create order lines.

* Warehouse

* Lot Number

* Transaction Quantity

**FUNCTIONALITY**
* View earlier Existing Order lines(if they exist) and add new order lines in the app.
* Ability to add more lines.
* Ability to create order lines added to order.
