Release Delivery for Pick

An overview of application used for releasing outbound deliveries for picking.

Overview

  • Supports major order types (COs, DOs, MOs, ROs, REPLs).

  • Bulk Search mode.

    • Allows a user to look for available deliveries, using high-level searching criteria.

  • Preview delivery lines before releasing.

  • Automate screens.

    • By-pass report screen to accelerate the reporting step.

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Tap on From Date and To Date to set from and to departure dates.

    • Blanks are assigned as defaults.

    • Defaults can be changed in the global properties on user/app level.

  • Tap on Reference Order Category to select one.

    • The following can be chosen:

      • Customer Orders

      • Distribution Orders

      • Manufacturing Orders

      • Requisition Orders

      • Replenishment Orders

    • Delivery number(s)' quantity indicates the number of deliveries that are allocated and ready to be released for picking per order category.

    • Blank is assigned as default.

    • Default can be changed in the global properties on user/app level.

  • Tap on Delivery drop-down menu to select one.

    • List is seggregated based on MWS410 Delivery. Open Toolbox so that only deliveries which are allocated and ready to be released (Delivery Status = 05) are shown.

    • Delivery Numbers can be filtered through.

  • Tap on Customer drop-down menu to select one.

    • List is seggregated based on MWS410 Delivery. Open Toolbox so that only customers (consignees) whose deliveries are allocated and ready to be released (Delivery Status = 05) are shown.

    • Delivery number(s)' quantity indicates the number of deliveries that are allocated and ready to be released for picking per customer (consignee).

    • Customer IDs can be filtered through.

  • Tap on Shipment drop-down menu to select one.

    • List is seggregated based on MWS410 Delivery. Open Toolbox so that only shipments which deliveries are allocated and ready to be released (Delivery Status = 05) are shown.

    • Delivery number(s)' quantity indicates the number of deliveries that are allocated and ready to be released for picking per shipment.

    • Shipment Numbers can be filtered through.

  • Tap on Order drop-down menu to select one.

    • List is seggregated based on MWS410 Delivery. Open Toolbox so that only orders which deliveries are allocated and ready to be released (Delivery Status = 05) are shown.

    • Abbreviations in parentheses indicate the order types.

    • Delivery number(s)' quantity indicates the number of deliveries that are allocated and ready to be released for picking per order number.

    • Order Numbers and Order Categories can be filtered through.

  • Tap on Route drop-down menu to select one.

    • List is seggregated based on MWS410 Delivery. Open Toolbox so that only routes which deliveries are allocated and ready to be released (Delivery Status = 05) are shown.

    • Delivery number(s)' quantity indicates the number of deliveries that are allocated and ready to be released for picking per route.

    • Route IDs can be filtered through.

  • Click CHANGE WAREHOUSE to fetch another warehouse.

    • Choose the Warehouse by selecting one from the drop-down menu.

    • List comes from MMS005 Warehouse. Open.

  • Click BACK to get back to Search Delivery screen without any change.

  • Click NEXT to get back to Search Delivery screen with a confirmed warehouse change.

Select Delivery

  • Consignee ID

  • Order Number (Order Category)

  • Delivery Number

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Select one or many deliveries to proceed with releasing.

    • If multiple deliveries are selected, one releasing screen after another will be triggrered.

    • If more than one delivery is listed, after the report, user comes back to the updated list. If there are no remaining deliveries after the report, user goes back to the Search Delivery screen.

  • Click BACK to get back to Search Delivery screen.

  • Click NEXT to proceed to Release Delivery screen.

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Click OVERVIEW to check the allocated delivery lines.

  • Click BACK to get back to Select Delivery screen.

  • Click NEXT to release the delivery for picking.

    • propAutoRepDelivery may be used to automate that screen.
