Setting up NiceLabel Automation to accept Flow requests

  1. Start NiceLabel Automation Builder and create a new configuration:

  1. Select TCP/IP Server Trigger.

  1. Note the Port number (this will be used in Flow configuration).

  1. Go to the Variable tab on TCP/IP Server.

  1. Select DataFileName from Internal Variables.

  1. Go to the Action tab on TCP/IP Server.

  1. From All Actions, select Run Command File.

  1. Select the variable DataFileName as the File Name. Make sure that File Type is set to XML File.

  1. Save the configuration to a suitable folder.

  1. Start Automation Manager and select the saved configuration.

  1. Start the configuration process.

  1. Configure the NiceLabel connector in Flow. Use the TCP/IP port number from step 3.

  1. When a request is sent from Flow, the trigger will execute it and the status will be updated.

Note: The label file and printer must be available on the NiceLabel server.
